Guidelines for the rational use of pollution-free vegetables and fertilizers

1. Scope This standard specifies the rules and regulations for the rational use of pollution-free vegetables and fertilizers.
This standard is applicable to the rational use of fertilizer in the production of pollution-free vegetables in Huludao.
2 Definitions This standard uses the following definitions.
2.1 Fertilizers for farms refer to fertilizers that are locally sourced, accumulated, and used on the spot and contain large amounts of biological matter, animal and plant residues, excreta, and biological waste. Including compost, manure, manure, biogas fertilizer, crop straw fertilizer, mud fertilizer, cake fertilizer.
2.1.1 Compost A kind of organic fertilizer made from various straw, deciduous, mountain green, lake grass, human and animal dung as raw materials, and mixed with a small amount of mud.
2.1. 2 Manure Fertilizer All materials are basically the same as compost, except that they are fermented under flooding conditions (off gas).
2.1.3 Manure refers to the fertilizer made from the excrement of pigs, cattle, horses, sheep, chickens, ducks and other livestock and poultry and straw litter.
2.1.4 Biogas fertilizer In a confined biogas digester, organic matter decomposes under anaerobic conditions to produce by-products of biogas, including biogas liquid and residues.
2.1.5 Green manure The use of cultivated or wild green plants as fertilizers can be divided into two major groups: legumes and non-legumes.
2.1.6 Crop Straw Fertilizer The straw straw, straw, corn stalk, bean stalk, canola straw and other raw materials are used as raw materials. Under suitable conditions, the elements contained in the straw crop are mineralized and then returned to the soil. In the fertilizer used for crops.
2.1.7 Fertilizers Fertilizers made from uncontaminated river mud, pond mud, gully mud, harbor mud, lake mud, etc. are decomposed by anaerobic microorganisms.
2.1.8 Cake Fertilizer Fertilizer made from various oil-containing seeds that have been pressed and deoiled. Such as: rapeseed cake, cotton cake, bean cake, sesame cake, castor cake, etc.
2.2 Commodity Fertilizer According to the regulations of the state, the national fertilizer department is required to manage fertilizers sold in the form of commodities. Contains commodity organic fertilizers, humic acid fertilizers, microbial fertilizers, organic compound fertilizers, inorganic (mineral) fertilizers, and foliar fertilizers.
2.2.1 Commercial organic fertilizer refers to commercial fertilizer made by processing a large amount of biological materials, animal and plant residues, excrement, and biological waste as raw materials.
2.3. 2 Humic Acid Fertilizers
2.4. Fertilizers containing humic acids (grass carbon), lignite, and weathered coal are processed to produce fertilizers containing plant nutrients.
2.2.3 Microbial fertilizers Microbiological agents cultivated with specific microbial strains. According to microbial fertilizers to improve the different elements of plant nutrition, can be divided into: rhizobia fertilizer, nitrogen-fixing bacteria fertilizer, phosphorus bacteria fertilizer, silicate bacteria fertilizer, compound microbial fertilizer.
2.2.4 Organic Compound Fertilizer (Half Organic Fertilizer)
Fertilizers obtained by mechanically mixing or chemically reacting organic and inorganic fertilizers (the ratio of organic fertilizer to inorganic nitrogen is not more than 1:1)
2.2.5 Inorganic (Mineral) Fertilizers Minerals are made in the physical or chemical industry and are fertilized in the form of inorganic salts.
2.2.6 Foliar Fertilizer Fertilizer applied to the leaves of plants and can be absorbed and utilized by them. Foliar fertilizers must not contain chemically synthesized growth regulators. Including foliar fertilizers containing trace elements and foliar fertilizers containing plant growth aids.
2.3 Other fertilizers
2.3.1 Includes foods without synthetic additives, organic by-products of the textile industry.
2.3.2 Including wastes made from organic materials such as preservative-free fish residue, cattle wool waste, bone meal, amino acid residues, bone glue residue, livestock processing waste, and sugar factory waste.
2.4 Non-pollution vegetable production materials refer to production materials that have been certified by a specialized agency to meet the pollution-free vegetable production requirements and formally recommended for the production of pollution-free vegetables.
3. 1 Use fertilizer as much as possible in Chapter 3 of this standard.
3.2 If necessary for production, allow chemical fertilizers to be used in Aberdeen Standards 3.3 and 3.4 but disable nitrate nitrogen fertilizers.
3.3 Fertilizers must be applied in conjunction with organic fertilizers. The ratio of organic nitrogen to inorganic nitrogen is 1:1, and the last top dressing must be carried out 30 days before harvest.
3.4 Fertilizer can be combined with organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer. The last top dressing was carried out 30 days before harvest.
3.5 The municipal solid waste should be treated in a harmless manner and the quality can be used only when it meets the requirements.
3.6 The application of organic fertilizer per acre shall not exceed 60 kilograms, of which nitrogen:phosphoric:potassium ratio shall be 1:0.8:0.5, leafy vegetables shall be 2:1:0.5, and root vegetables shall be 1:0.8:0.8. Do not use potassium chloride.
3.7 Manure must be fully cooked before use.
3.8 The use of cake fat is preferred, and the unrefined cake fat is prohibited.
3.9 The quality of foliar fertilizer should meet the relevant requirements of GB/T17419 or GB/T17420, be diluted according to the instructions for use, and sprayed twice or three times during the crop growth period. The last use of a single variety of foliar fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer should be carried out 12 days before harvest, and the combined use of foliar fertilizer and other pesticides (fungicide, etc.) should be carried out 15 days before harvest.
