(1) The micro vacuum pump power supply must have a voltage regulation function.

It is a good solution to match the switching power supply. If the power supply is not regulated, the voltage may be high when the pump is not connected. Once the pump is connected, the power supply voltage drops sharply. Even if the voltage after connecting the pump is equal to the rated operating voltage. Because the pump's input power demand will change once the pump load changes, the power supply voltage will fluctuate abnormally, causing the pump to be completely turbulent.
It is also not advisable to divide and depressurize by resistors, because the operating current of the pump changes when the load of the gas (water) path changes, resulting in a change in the partial pressure of the resistor. Therefore, the power supply must have a voltage regulation function.
