Usage
This product is edible yellow pigment.In Japan, it can be used for sugar coating of fat food, powder food (cake powder, powder juice), sugar food products, etc.The usage amount of Fried oil and shortening is 0.01% ~ 0.02%.Enhance red with sunset yellow aluminum lake (10% ~ 20%).The coating capacity of aluminum lake is much stronger than that of water-soluble food pigment, so it is often used for powder drink coloring, the usage amount is 0.01% ~ 0.02%.It can also be used for coloring printing ink, cooking utensils and food containers of food packaging materials.
