In addition to the sleeve roller chain should be unloaded every 3 to 5 days, placed in gasoline with a brush to clean one, dry and then placed in hot oil soak for 15 minutes.
4. Lubrication means that the injection point should be filled with butter once per shift (operating for 10 hours). When using grease gun to inject butter, it must be added. When the filling is not allowed, the lubricant can be turned and added until it is full.
5, after the end of the test operation of the combine harvester, or after a long time operation, the transmission gear box gear oil, engine oil pan oil should be replaced or filtered before use. Normally once a week inspection, found that the oil leakage should find the cause of troubleshooting, the oil level should first check whether the residual oil emulsification deterioration, if it has been completely replaced by deterioration, if not deterioration can be added with the same type of lubricant to the required Oil level.
6, after the end, each filling point should be filled with oil, open gears, knives and other unpainted surfaces should be oiled anti-rust. All parts of the drive chain should be removed, cleaned and soaked into the inventory after the engine oil.
