Water transfer capacity. Due to the difference in water content and physical properties of the raw materials, the temperature and relative humidity during mixing are different, so the water transfer must be flexibly controlled. When the culture material is dry, the particles are fine, and the acidity is strong, the moisture can be adjusted more; The material contains more water, coarse particles and poor water absorption, and the water should be adjusted less. In sunny days, the bagging time is long, and the water diversion is more or less in the middle; if the weather is cloudy, the relative humidity of the air is high, the moisture is not easy to evaporate, and the water diversion is less. Raw materials such as bagasse, corn cob, and cottonseed husk are loose, large and easy to absorb water, and the amount of water transfer should be appropriately increased.

Mix evenly. Mixing material strives to be even. When the mixing material is not uniform, some of the bacteria bags are not mushroom or late mushroom. Some of them have poor yield and quality. The main reason is that the ratio of carbon to nitrogen is uneven. The ingredients require various raw materials to be mixed first and then wetted. Mixing, the main raw materials and auxiliary materials are mixed evenly, the water and culture materials are evenly mixed, and the pH value is even.

Bagging time. When the temperature is too high, the time for mixing and bagging should not be too long. It requires the organization of manpower and competition for grab time to finish in order to prevent the culture material from rancidity and nutrient reduction.

Bags are sterile. In the formulation of culture materials, in order to avoid pollution, on the basis of the selected raw materials, the ingredients are selected on a sunny morning, and the loading materials are required to be completed in the morning with a lower temperature and enter the aseptic process so as to reduce the chance of bacterial contamination.
