Extraction principle of multi-function extraction tank:

1. Water extraction: water and traditional Chinese medicine are put into the extraction tank, and the heat source of the interlayer is started. After the boiling in the tank, the heat source is reduced, and the boiling in the tank is maintained. The maintenance time is determined according to the extraction pharmacological process. For example, the cooling water is required for the closed extraction. The steam vapor is cooled and returned to the extraction tank to maintain circulation and temperature.

Second, the alcohol extraction: first add the medicine and alcohol into the tank must be sealed, to the interlayer heat source steam, open the cooling water to reduce the supply of heat when the tank reaches the required temperature, so that the rising vapor alcohol can be returned to the liquid alcohol after passing through the condenser. In order to improve the efficiency, the pump can be forced to circulate, so that the liquid medicine is pumped out from the lower part of the tank and pumped out to the upper part of the tank to return to the tank to release the local channel flow.

Third, the oil: first add the Chinese medicine and water containing volatile oil into the extraction tank, open the circulation valve of the oil separator, adjust the bypass return valve, open the supply of the heat source valve to reach the volatilization temperature, turn on the cooling water for cooling, the cooled medicine The liquid should be kept at a certain height in the separator to separate it, and another oil-water separator should be used alternately.

Fourth, the recovery of oil: Add alcohol to the tank, open the cooling water to the steam, and then open the recycling valve.
