Green feed fermentation method

Fermented green fodder is a mixture of microecological preparations (mainly containing beneficial bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, Bifidobacterium and Bacillus) and green feed under natural conditions. Lactic acid bacteria produce a large number of lactic acid, reducing the PH value, so that the fermented feed products have acid, flavor and thus improve feed palatability, stimulate the appetite of pigs, increase feed intake. There are a large number of beneficial live bacteria in the fermented feed, which can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the intestine of pigs, promote the balance of intestinal microflora, improve digestive tract absorption function, and promote nutrient absorption. After the fermentation of green feed, it can also degrade the toxic substances in the feed. It can improve the sow's moisture retention, body condition, immunity, disease resistance, milking ability, promote the growth of suckling pigs, increase weaning weight of piglets, etc. Sows do not eat, postpartum anoxia, lactation dysfunction and other adverse symptoms.

The choice of green feed can be determined according to the season. Pumpkin, radish, sweet potato, cabbage, potato, yam grass, lotus root, etc. can all be used. The specific approach is as follows:

The green feed cuts are beaten in a pulper, and a clean and poisoned plastic film is laid at the bottom of a silo or a concrete tank. Grass powder is placed in the bottom of the fermentation tank to prevent the pulp from seeping. After the green feed is beaten, it is placed in a silo or cement pool and compacted, squeezed with tweezers, and then filled with dry yeast and microecological preparations. After adding an average of 500 grams of yeast per 2 cubic meters, enter the juice or EM-S solution. (including lactic acid bacteria, yeast, bacillus, etc.) 4 bottles, the pool should not be filled too full, so as not to overflow the fermentation sap. After the beating is completed, the surface of the fermentation tank is covered with 20-30 cm of grass powder. Generally, it can be used in summer for about 3 days, and it can be used in winter for 7 to 10 days. It is advisable to catch water between fingers and not drip. After the fermented green feed slurry is mixed with other fine materials and raw materials, it can be fed directly to the pig after being stirred with water. Usually 2 to 4 pounds per head per day, lactating sows 5 to 6 pounds per head per day, the specific amount to observe the pig's response can be properly added. When using, care should be taken from the corner of the fermentation tank. Do not dig the mouth everywhere. When there is rain and snow, it is necessary to cover the surface of the pool with a film, remove the film as soon as possible after the rain and snow, or set up a shed above the fermentation tank. According to the fermentation of the feed, the microecological preparations can be added from time to time.
