How to clean and maintain the ice machine and its precautions
Proper use of the ice machine can reduce its failure rate and ensure its high performance. The regular cleaning and maintenance of the ice machine is extremely important for the life of the ice machine and the ice making effect. Method and steps for cleaning the ice machine:
1. After using the ice machine, you need to clean the ice in the refrigerator. When cleaning the ice machine, turn off the power supply. Do not use the water pipe to directly align with the body. Use clean water and add a proper amount of neutral detergent (do not use acidic, alkaline and other corrosive solvents) to wipe the machine plate and liner. Wipe clean with a soft cloth.
2. The ice machine must unscrew the inlet hose head for two months to clean the inlet valve screen to prevent the sand mud impurities from clogging the water inlet, which causes the water intake to become smaller, resulting in no ice.
3. Clean the surface of the condenser every two months. If the condensation is poor, the compressor components will be damaged. When cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner, a small brush, etc. to clean the condensed surface oil dust. Do not use a sharp metal tool to clean it to avoid damaging the condenser.
4. The water pipes, sinks, storage refrigerators and protective film of the ice machine should be cleaned every two months. When not in use, it should be cleaned, and the ice mold and the moisture in the box should be dried with a hair dryer, and placed in a place free of corrosive gas and ventilated and dry, to avoid open storage.
Precautions for the ice machine during cleaning and maintenance:
1. Check whether the power supply voltage meets the needs of the ice machine before use, and clean the ice tray regularly according to the usage.
2. The ice skate should be fine-tuned during the rotation adjustment to avoid damage to the ice skate.
3. Keep the body clean and dry when not using the ice machine for a long time. Do not put other items into the ice tray.
4. The ice machine and surrounding objects should maintain a space of 200mm
5. The ice machine avoids close proximity to strong heat source equipment
6. The independent ice maker should clean the spout and ice tray for three months according to the water quality, and open the front vent window to clean the condensing radiator.
7. The split ice machine should clean the sink and condensing radiator in 2-3 months, store the refrigerator, and clean and disinfect it according to the environmental conditions.
8. The general use temperature of the ice machine is not more than 39 degrees, the ambient temperature is not lower than 3 degrees, and the water temperature is not more than 30 degrees.
