Stir during the fermentation of biogas

During the process of biogas fermentation, biogas digesters in the biogas digesters are usually divided into four layers. From the top to the bottom, they are the scum layer, supernatant layer, active layer, and sediment layer. The purpose of stirring is as follows: 1) The raw material for fermentation is evenly distributed, and the contact surface between the microorganisms and the raw materials is increased, so that the fermentation agent can play a better role in accelerating the production of gas, increasing the gas production, and improving the utilization of raw materials. 2 At the same time, it can also prevent the raw material from crusting on the surface, and the generated biogas can not be released. Biogas digesters, such as straw, weeds and leaves, require more mixing to achieve good fermentation results.
There are three methods to prevent the accumulation of local acids: 1. Mechanical stirring Install the impeller in the tank and stir it. After the gas is stirred, the biogas is withdrawn from the upper part of the tank, and then pushed in from the bottom of the tank to generate a powerful airflow to achieve the purpose of stirring. The 3 liquids are stirred and the biogas liquid is withdrawn from the discharge chamber. Then the biogas is pumped from the feed inlet into the biogas digester, which produces a strong liquid reflux and achieves the purpose of stirring.
