What water is not suitable for fish farming

The water temperature is too high. Excessive water temperature will affect the growth of fish, such as herring, grass carp, carp, carp, carp, carp, etc. The optimum temperature for the water to grow is 23-28 °C, tilapia grow fastest at 25-35 °C. Therefore, if the water temperature exceeds the suitable temperature for fish growth in summer, cooling measures should be taken.
The transparency is too small. Generally rich in nutrient water and fish pond water, more transparency in the 30-40 cm, if the transparency is less than 20 cm, it shows that there are few plankton, not suitable for fish growth.
Dissolved oxygen is too low. The most suitable dissolved oxygen for fish growth is 5-8 mg per liter. When the dissolved oxygen in the water is less than 2 mg per liter, oxygenation measures should be taken.
Dissolved gas content is too high. The carbon dioxide in water is an essential substance for plankton, but its content should not be too high. Generally it should be less than 80 milligrams per liter. If it is too high, it will cause great harm to fish.
The pH is too high. The pH of the water body should be 6.5-8.5, below 5.5 or above 10, it cannot be used as fishery water.
Nutrient levels are too high. The amount of nutrients in water is closely related to the growth of fish. For example, nitrate in water is most easily used by green phytoplankton. Generally, nitrate content in water should be kept at 1-2 mg per liter. If it exceeds 3 mg, it will cause oxygen deficiency in the water and cause fish death.
