First, according to the appearance of features eliminated. There are two main characteristics of appearance performance of low-laying layer chickens:
1. The body is thick, the head is thick, and the individual is too fat.
2, weak, small head, lighter weight. The best time to eliminate these chickens is before the end of the breeding period.
Second, according to the characteristics of quality eliminated. The low-yielding layer of chickens has a rough, cool broiler, and a lack of elasticity in the abdomen. Cloaccus can contain 1 to 1.5 fingers and is tight and dry. The best time to eliminate these chickens is at the end of the high yield period.
Third, according to the state of moult elimination. Normal moulting is very regular, in the order of head → neck → chest → back → wing → tail, with 10 main wing feathers and 17 to 18 secondary feathers. Low-grade laying hens have early moults and early production discontinuation, and they have long time for main feathers, only changing 1 or 2 roots at a time. The elimination of these chickens should be carried out at the end of the laying period and when it is planned to keep high-yielding chickens.
Do a good job of disease prevention
