High-yielding Cultivation Techniques of Long Root Mushroom Bag Planting

1. Cultivation season:

The best temperature for rooting mushrooms is 25°C. Normally, the mother and the original species are produced from July to August every year. From late September to early November, the cultivation of the bag will be carried out until the mycelium grows full bag and enter the low temperature season. At this time, the mycelium grows slowly and robustly, and can accumulate enough nutrients. In May of the following year, the good bacteria package will be moved to the shade under the field for cover soil cultivation. May-September is the season for fruit body growth.

2. Raw material formula:

Generally can plant mushrooms, edible fungus can be cultivated long-root mushrooms. Raw material composition: cottonseed hull 75%, wheat bran 20%, corn flour 3%, sucrose 1%, gypsum 1%, feed water ratio of 1:1.2-1.3, pH 6.5.

3. Bagging, sterilization and inoculation:

According to the formula, the culture material is weighed, the water content is controlled at about 65%, and the mixture can be bagged after mixing. A polypropylene bag of 15 cm and 30 cm in size can be used, and holes can be drilled in the middle to facilitate hyphal ventilation, and then a collar and tampon are put on. After bagging and sterilizing at normal pressure for 12 hours, it was cooled to 40°C and moved into the inoculation room. When the temperature dropped to 25°C, it was inoculated as usual.

4. Cultivation and Management:

After inoculation, it was moved into the culture room. The mycelium growth temperature is 12-30°C, and the optimum temperature is 20-25°C. At the same time, it is required to cultivate fresh indoor air with a carbon dioxide concentration of 0.03% or less. The growth of mycelium should be shielded from light. In the dark place, it can be cultured for 30-45 days. The hyphae can grow over the whole bag and reach physiological maturity after 20-30 days. Mushrooms need light, generally in the 100-300 lux can grow. When the surface of the bag is pink, and the mycelium is tightly integrated into the white bundle, it can be taken out of the woodland or shady sheds in the wild, and buried in soil. The open bag can be grown in a braided shape and covered with 2-3 cm thick soil to keep the soil moist. Once you see a little white on the surface of the cover soil, you should spray the water sooner or later, combined with ventilation, generally there will be a large number of young buds in 20 days. After 10-15 days, it can be harvested.

5. Harvest:

When the root mushroom mushroom covers eight separate umbrellas, it should be harvested. The mushroom can be pulled up gently, and the muddy stem base or scrubbing can be cleaned. Do not wait until the white spores are scattered, the fruiting bodies fall, and the pleats turn yellow. Otherwise, the quality and yield will be affected.
