2: The instrument should be placed on a relatively stable workbench, the environment should be clean and tidy, and the ventilation should be dry (avoiding heat source interference).
3: Before using the instrument, first set the speed control knob to the minimum position and switch the “oscillation switchâ€.
4: Pack the test bottle. In order to balance the performance of the instrument during operation and avoid large vibrations, all the test bottles should be filled when bottling, and the culture fluid of each bottle should be approximately equal. If the number of culture flasks is insufficient, the test bottles that are placed symmetrically or loaded with other equal amounts of solution may be filled with vacancies.
5: The power-on timing is normally closed, and the timing of the power supply of the whole machine can be set within 2 hours according to the work requirements.
6: Turn on the oscillation switch, select reciprocating, swinging, and slowly adjust the speed control knob to achieve the required speed.
7: Turn on the temperature control source switch. After about 1 minute, the red color on the meter will display 400, and the lower row will be 0.0. After 30 seconds of rest, the upper display will display the current temperature and the lower display will be the set temperature display. Before setting the test machine, to change the set temperature, press the ↗/SET button to display the SP in the upper display and press the ▼ or ▲ button to display the lower display as the desired set temperature. Then press ↗ / SET button twice to return to the upper row of real temperature state, the instrument will start heating up in a few seconds.
