The test sample is continuously injected into the collecting culture incubator through the injection pipeline, and is filtered by a microporous membrane through the lower pressure formed in the collecting culture incubator, and the microorganisms present in the test sample are trapped and collected on the filter membrane. The bacteriostatic component of the test article was removed by rinsing the filter. Then, the required medium is directly injected into the collection incubator through the injection pipe, and cultured at a prescribed temperature to observe whether there is a long bacteria phenomenon.
It is suitable for the sterility inspection of sterile preparations, antibiotics and pharmaceuticals containing bacteriostatic ingredients, sterilized medical instruments; preparation of sterile non-micron preparations and microbial detection fields such as food and cosmetics.
Intelligent collection instrument operating instructions:
1. Remove the incubator and check that the package is intact. Open the plastic bag in the sterile room.
2. Insert the incubators one by one on the stainless steel seat.
3. Put the elastic hose of the collection incubator into the pump head of the intelligent collection instrument, and the positioning is required to be accurate, and the hose is smooth.
4. Open the cap hole of the sample to be inspected and disinfect it. (If the ampoule sample is tested, first disinfect the ampoule neck, then open and install the ampoule) vial.
5. Unplug the sheath of the injection double-core needle, insert it into the sample bottle, open the collection instrument, and carry out the filtration collection (should avoid the double-core needle inlet, the membrane is wetted by the liquid, affecting the intake).
6. After the collection of bacteria, if the sample contains antibacterial substances, it should be properly washed with the rinse solution according to the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia. The cleaning method is the same as the collection process.
7. Disinfect the medium bottle pin hole.
8. Remove the rubber plug from the opening of the top air filter, place it on the bottom of the incubator, open and close the hose with a hose clamp, turn on the bacteria collection instrument, and pump the medium into the designated incubator.
9. Clamp the hose to the incubator connection with a clip, leave a 5 to 6 cm hose, cut off the rest, and insert the open end into the air filter opening.
10. Cultivate separately according to regulations.
11. Observe the culture. If you need to sample and isolate the culture, you can sterilize the hose and use the sterile injection.
