1. Do not bump the vibration exciter during lifting, handling and installation.

2. During installation, check that the anchor bolt holes match the bottom plate bolt holes. 3. Do not disassemble parts at will during installation.

4. The seat shaker should be horizontally level after installation and symmetrical with the centerline of the screen. 5. When installing the flange exciter, the two ends should be parallel and the two axes should be concentric.

6. The anchor bolts should be 8.8 high-strength bolts and take anti-loose measures to prevent damage to the exciter. 7. Turn on the machine for a short time and check if the direction of the vibration exciter meets the requirements (the two axes of the exciter should rotate in the opposite direction).

8. The thin oil lubrication exciter needs to open the cooler to supply oil, check whether the oil circuit is unblocked, and whether there is oil leakage. When the return pipe starts to return oil, the test can be started.

9. Adjust the amount of exciting force to meet the needs of different materials or processing quantities of various vibration equipment.

10. Adjusting the excitation force: 1) Remove the shields at both ends; 2) Rotate the bolts on the outer weights at both ends; 3) Same phase, same angle, adjust the weights and eccentric blocks on both sides The angle of the angle, the larger the angle, the smaller the excitation force. 4) Tighten the bolts and replace the protective cover.
