[control methods]:

(1) Seed treatment Seeds are soaked in water at 56°C before sowing, soaked for 24 hours when the water temperature drops to room temperature, then germinated at a temperature of 30-32°C, and 3 mm buds can be sowed.

(2) Agricultural control is implemented for more than two years of rotation with non-melon vegetables. The appropriate sowing, bitter gourd thermophilic, temperature below 10 °C plant growth inhibited, so the sowing should not be too early. Use disease-free seeds.

(3) Chemicals are sprayed at the early stage of the disease. Commonly used pesticides include 50% of MMR (carbendazim plus valeromycin), 1000 to 1500 times of wettable powder, 50% of sulfur suspension, 500 to 600 times of liquid, and 60 % Anti-mildew Po Ultra Micro WP 600-700 times. Prevention and treatment once every 10 days, continuous control 2-3 times. Protect the land with 45% chlorothalonil smoke agent or 300-200-250g smoke-killing agent per 667m2, or spray 1% chlorothalonil dust agent for 1kg per 667m2. Prevent and treat once every 7-9 days, depending on the condition prevention and control l-2 times.
