2XZ vacuum pump use and scope of use
1. The pump is one of the basic equipment used to remove gas from a sealed container. It can be used alone or as a foreline pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., to maintain pumps, pre-pumps for titanium pumps. Can be used in electric vacuum device manufacturing, vacuum flask manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, plastic, refrigeration equipment repair and instrumentation. Because it has the advantages of small size, light weight and low sound, it is more suitable for use in the laboratory.
2. The pump is allowed to operate continuously for a long time under the condition of ambient temperature 540 and the inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa. When the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the valve should be opened.
3. The pump inlet shall be continuously and unblocked for at least one minute.
4. The pump is not suitable for removing gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically reacting to pump oil, containing particulate dust, and oxygen-containing, explosive, toxic gases.

Operating instructions
1. Check the oil level to prime the oil to the center of the oil mark when the pump is stopped. Too low to the exhaust valve can not act as an oil seal, affecting the degree of vacuum. Too high may cause fuel injection when the atmosphere is started. When operating, the oil level is raised, which is normal. Oil extraction
Use a clean vacuum pump oil of the specified grade and add it from the filler hole. After refueling, the screw plug should be screwed on. The oil should be filtered to prevent debris from entering and clogging the oil holes.
2. The pump can be started once in the atmosphere or under any vacuum. If the pump port is connected to a solenoid valve, it should be operated simultaneously with the pump.
3. When the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature of the oil rises, the viscosity decreases, and the saturated vapor pressure increases, which causes the ultimate vacuum to decrease, especially the total pressure measured by a thermocouple. The ultimate vacuum can be improved by enhancing ventilation or improving pump performance.
4. Check the ultimate vacuum of the pump is based on the compressed mercury vacuum gauge. If the pre-extraction check is completed, the pump temperature will be stable, the pump port and the meter will be directly connected, and the ultimate vacuum will be reached within 30 minutes of operation. The value measured by the total pressure gauge is related to the pump oil and the vacuum gauge and the regulation error. Sometimes the error can be very large and can only be used as a reference.
5. If the relative humidity is high, or the pumped gas contains more condensable steam, after opening the pumped container, the gas ballast valve should be opened, and the gas ballast valve should be closed after 20 to 40 minutes of operation. Before stopping the pump, the open air valve can be unloaded for 30 minutes to extend the life of the pump oil.
6. Oil selection: The viscosity of the pump oil affects the starting power and the ultimate vacuum of the pump. When the viscosity is high, the vacuum is favorable and the starting power is larger. The saturated vapor pressure of the oil at the pump temperature will affect the ultimate pressure of the pump. The lower the better. The viscosity of high-speed vacuum pump oil and 3# diffusion pump oil is larger than that of No. 1 vacuum pump oil, and the saturated vapor pressure is lower than that of No. 1 vacuum pump oil, but the price of 3# diffusion pump oil is higher. The specific oil selected can be selected according to the above description combined with the specific use requirements.
(1) Under normal circumstances, if you want a total pressure of 6X10-2 Pa or more, apply Shanghai high-speed vacuum pump oil. The small pump below 4 liters/second can also be replaced by the No. 1 vacuum oil pump. The direct pump of 8 liters/second or more can be replaced by the 3# diffusion pump oil.
(2) If the vacuum degree is not high, and the oil pollution is frequently replaced, the vacuum pump oil supply is difficult, and the 50th mechanical oil can be used instead.
(3) If the ambient temperature is low, the starting is difficult, and the ultimate vacuum requirement is not high. The real house pump oil or mechanical oil with a slightly lower viscosity may be used.

Maintenance and maintenance
First, note:
1. Keep the pump clean and prevent debris from entering the pump.
2. Keep the oil level.
3. When the water or other volatile substances enter the pump and affect the ultimate vacuum, the air valve can be cleaned. Observe the limit vacuum recovery. If it is invalid for several hours, replace the pump oil and replace it if necessary. Oil change method: The pump runs for about half an hour to make the oil thinner. Stop the pump to drain the oil from the oil drain hole, and then open the air inlet for 10 to 20 seconds. In this case, a small amount of clean pump oil can be slowly added from the suction port. To replace the pump chamber memory oil. If the oil is dirty, the latter can be repeated.
4. Do not mix other oils with saturated vapor pressures such as diesel and gasoline to avoid lowering the ultimate vacuum. When removing the parts inside the pump, it is usually wiped with gauze. When the wife's metal scraps, sand mud or other harmful substances must be cleaned, they can be scrubbed with gasoline or the like. After drying, they can be assembled. Do not soak them with gasoline.
5. If the pump needs to be disassembled for cleaning or overhaul, the disassembly and assembly steps must be taken to avoid damage to the machine.
Second, the disassembly and assembly steps are as follows:
(1) Disassembly:
1. Drain
2. Loosen the air inlet flange screw, pull out the air inlet nozzle, loosen the gas ballast flange screw, and pull out the gas ballast valve.
3. Remove the fuel tank.
4. Remove the check valve split pin and remove the check valve impeller.
5. Remove the connecting screw of the bearing and the pump, and remove the pump parts. The motor removal is subject to convenience.
6. Loosen the pump cover screw, remove the pump cover, and pull out the two rotors and the rotary vane. When removing the lower stage rotor, remove the split pin first.
(2) Assembly:
1. Wipe the parts with gauze to prevent the wire from clogging the oil holes. Clean it with a cleaning solution and a brush.
2. After inserting the rotary vane into the rotor slot, the advanced rotor is installed in the stator, that is, the spring body, and the L advanced pump cover, pin, screw, key, coupling, and rotation by hand, should be free of damper and obvious light and heavy. The top surface of the stator should be turned down to bring the rotor close to the arc surface of the stator by gravity, and the gap is good at 0.01 mm.
3. The low-level rotor assembly method is the same as above.
4. Install the check valve impeller and other non-return parts, so that the check valve head plane should be aligned with the oil inlet nozzle oil hole, rotate the rotor according to the steering at work and gently block the impeller by hand. The oil hole should be closed when the oil hole is closed. The valve head plane zui has a large opening height of O. 8 ~ 1.2 mm, the specific movable check valve seat, rubber check valve head position in the stem hole to achieve. Simple check method: Facing the impeller, make the Φ3mm drive pin in the horizontal position of the right hand, and turn the impeller clockwise. At this time, the opening height of the check valve head plane is close to Zui, which should be 0.8~1.2mm. The rotor stops at any position, and after the hand is released from the impeller, the check valve head should automatically fall off the oil hole.
5. Install parts such as the exhaust valve and oil baffle of the pump unit.
6. Install the pump unit, key, coupling, and motor on the stand.
7. Install the fuel tank.
8. Insert the air inlet nozzle, the gas ballast valve, and fasten the flange.
note:
Apply clean vacuum pump oil to the friction surface during assembly.
Remember the original assembly position of the part to reduce running time.
