First, the collection of broodstock, domestication and cultivation According to surveys of fishermen along the Yangtze River, red-cheeked turtles live in rivers, rivers, reeds, grass and other gullies and other stagnation areas. The fish were common fish in the above waters in the 1980s, but the number was much lower than in the past. Since the 1990s, it is rare, especially in recent years. Domestication and breeding ponds cover an area of ​​1 mu, with water depth of 1.5 to 2 meters, and 15 to 20 centimeters of sludge at the bottom of the pool. The water resources of the Yangtze River are free of pollution, and clear lime ponds are used.

In addition to stocking a small amount of flowers and white fleas in the cultivation pool, no other fish were put in the culturing pond, and the feed was fed with a spotted prostaglandin, and adult fish floating material was used instead of the crude protein. Bred broodstock cultivation is the key to successful artificial reproduction, so it is very important for broodstock breeding. On the basis of daily management, we further strengthened the pre-winter feeding work and appropriately increased animal feed. Disinfect the whole pool before winter and deepen the pool water to 2 meters to make it safe for winter. After the winter, it adopts the method of pulling the net to turn the sediment, enhance the ventilation of the bottom of the pool, break the clustering state of the fish, promote the early eating of the fish, and appropriately lower the water level, so as to improve the water temperature and improve the fish's feeding capacity. The appropriate amount of feed was started in March, gradually attracting food to observe the fish's feeding activities. In April, duckweed was added. In May, a certain amount of broodstock can be kept in the pond to meet the nutritional needs of the broodstock and promote gonad development.

2. incubation

The combined hatching method of float plate and cement pool adopts aeration and turning water technology combined with spraying and inflating in the whole incubation process. The water quality was controlled through siphon drainage, drainage, and appropriate amount of water, achieving a good hatching effect.

Third, fish breeding
1. Cultivation pond

4. Water quality regulation
