The TOURMALINE-MM1 study will compare oral MLN9708 plus lenalidomide with placebo plus lenalidomide for the treatment of patients with relapsed and refractory and multiple multiple bone tumors.
Randomized, double-blind, multicenter studies will be conducted in Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
