Winter start diesel engine "six kinds of tricks" is not desirable

Method, illegal operation, diesel engine damage, here, to remind everyone to start the diesel engine at low temperatures there are "six kinds of tricks" is not desirable:

One uses an open flame to heat the tank. Heating an oil tank with an open flame will not only damage the paint on the surface of the body, but also easily burn the plastic tubing, causing oil leakage. It may even explode due to the rapid expansion of gas in the tank, resulting in the destruction of the body and casualties.

Second, use an open flame to bake the oil pan. Bake the oil sump with an open flame will not only affect the life of the engine, but also make the engine oil deteriorate and reduce the lubrication effect.

Three do not add cooling water at startup. If you do not add cooling water at the time of start-up and you add the cooling water after the diesel engine is started, the temperature of the tank will cause the body and cylinder head to crack due to sudden cold water.

Four add oil from the intake pipe. Adding oil from the intake pipe will make the piston and piston ring coke, reducing the service life.

Remove the air filter and start the fire. Taking off the air filter and starting the suction will cause the unclean air to enter the moving parts such as the cylinder and the air valve, which will aggravate the wear of these parts.

Six do not preheat and use other power to force start. If the diesel engine is not warmed up, and it is forcibly started with other power, the crankshaft and the bearing shell will be in dry friction or semi-dry frictional state, which easily leads to the crankshaft bearing.

Then, when the temperature is low in winter, how to properly start the diesel engine? The first is to use the zero point diesel fuel with low freezing point as the fuel; the second is to use hot water to preheat the diesel oil and engine oil; the third is to add about 70°C hot water as the cooling water, and pre-adding the edge while putting Temperature; fourth is to use charcoal or hot water to preheat the bottom of the oil shell, injector, high pressure tubing and body, and then start.
