2. The conditions for the construction of risk monitoring equipment for disease prevention and control institutions must be specifically arranged for the 2013 construction tasks. All localities must establish information systems such as food safety standards and risk monitoring and evaluation in accordance with relevant national requirements to achieve real-time connection of national and provincial food safety data. It is necessary to focus on cultivating high-level food safety standards, monitoring and evaluation of talents, and improving the protection and compensation system for professional personnel.
