After warming up, do not rush to weigh the sample, because some electronic balance weighing systems have a self-test function. When the display shows zero, the self-test process can be weighed after the end of the self-test process.

3. Dry the silica gel particles in the electronic balance and put them into the beaker or container after the gauze is wrapped. Do not use the beaker or the container directly. Otherwise, if the beaker or container containing the silica gel particles is knocked down, the silica gel particles will be separated from the gap. Falling into the balance affects the stability of the data indication. In the past, a Sartorius electronic balance with a precision of one ten thousandth of the physical and chemical testing center of Shigang Company was always unstable when weighing, and the cause of the failure could not be found. 4. After the electronic balance is turned on, the display has no display. This phenomenon is generally a power failure. First check whether the power supply line and power supply are normal. Secondly, check the power transformer and power switch to see if the contact is bad or damaged.

5. When weighing, the weighing result is unstable, and the number jumps and the instability often changes. First check the balance windshield to see if it is not completely closed; then check in order: whether there is any debris between the weighing pan and the balance housing; whether the glass cover and the weighing pan are rubbed; check the sensor placement and connection to see if it touches Good; observe whether there is strong electromagnetic interference nearby; whether the quality of the measured object is stable (absorbing moisture or evaporation, or with static charge, etc.) may cause the weighing number to be unstable; and it should be noted that the balance with the weighing hole in the lower part should be closed. Weigh the opening. If the above phenomena are excluded, the number is still unstable and often changes, then relevant professional and technical personnel should be inspected and repaired.

6, garbled phenomenon. When this phenomenon occurs, the appearance of the electronic balance should be checked first to see if the touch button is not popped up, the contact is not good or the deformation affects other function keys; if the appearance is normal, check the internal power line, sensor and signal line to see if there is any contact failure. Or the phenomenon of fracture; then check the various boards and bases of the control circuit to see if there is looseness, virtual connection, and the connection between the base and the connecting wire.
