LifeWatch, a well-known provider of remote cardiac monitoring services, announced on Wednesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with China Telecom, which will order a $400 million LifeWatch V handset and other related services over the next five years.
LifeWatch expects the partnership to increase the company's performance by 30% and to make the company's EBIT a significant increase in 2014. According to the memorandum, the minimum annual sales volume agreed by the two parties will increase year by year and reach the highest in the third year.
