The pesticides purchased for the first time must pass the test of the active ingredients and be approved for use before being issued.
(D) The distribution of pesticides shall be based on the occurrence of pests and diseases in different periods. The plant protection officer shall submit a written application and the agricultural resources management department may issue the application.
(5) After the pesticides are collected by the plant protection personnel, the pesticides shall be formulated according to the pesticide use standard specifications and the dilution ratio determined in the dilution table, and the pesticide spraying and the appliance cleaning shall be supervised.
(6) The remaining pesticides after the pesticide application shall be returned to the agricultural material management department of the base by the plant protection personnel of the base, and shall be handled in a unified manner, and records shall be made.
(7) The fertilizer used at the base must be confirmed by the active ingredients, and organic fertilizer should be used for tea planting. Farm fertilizers and other organic fertilizers should be harmless before application. The content of pollutants in organic fertilizers should comply with the relevant regulations. Microbiological fertilizers should meet the requirements of NY/T227 and foliar fertilizers should use the varieties registered by the agricultural sector.
