Solid preparation granulation drying production process:

Production process 1: After the material is weighed, it is sucked into the wet mixing granulator by the vacuum feeding machine. The binder is added into the wet mixing granulator to mix with the fine powder to make the soft material, and the granule knife will be soft. The material is made into wet granules, and the wet granules are uniformly arranged by a wet granulator, and under the negative pressure of the boiling dryer, the whole granules are sucked into the boiling dryer for drying, and the dried materials are discharged through the vacuum. The material enters the turnover bin, passes through the dry granulator at the lower end of the silo, enters the hopper, and then enters the mixer for mixing.

The hopper elevator is dried and granulated into the hopper and then enters the mixing process.

Advantages of solid preparation granulation and dry production:

1. The traditional granulation and drying process is that each equipment is in a separate purification room, and the materials are rotated in a plurality of purification rooms, which cannot avoid artificial secondary pollution. The new solid preparation granulation drying line adopts closed conveying mode to ensure that the granulation and drying process is completed in the same purification room, eliminating artificial secondary pollution, making the granulation and drying process more scientific and reasonable, and reducing equipment. Taking up space, the production process is more in line with GMP requirements.

2, fully consider the compatibility of the equipment between the systems, according to the actual output of the user and the dosage form supporting the corresponding type of equipment, so that the output of the front and the rear process can be properly configured to ensure the continuity and stability of production.

3. Through the human-machine interface control system, the process data of wet granulation and boiling dry granulation are stored, collected and printed separately. The parameter setting and monitoring of multiple devices are controlled by a control cabinet. All parameters can be modified by level setting and multi-level passwords can be set through corresponding levels. The main menu of the control system can reflect the working status and data statistics in real time, and through the fault self-diagnosis system to react to equipment fault conditions and alarm records, the production process is fully automated and the process stability is guaranteed.

4. The advantages of the respective equipments of the wet granulator and the boiling drying granulator are fully reflected. At the same time, the combination of the wet granulator and the dry granulator system can ensure a high granulation yield.

5. The vacuum feeding device and the sequence lifting device have high automatic production conditions, and replace the traditional manual operation with an automated and mechanized production line, which reduces labor intensity and dust pollution.

6. According to the user's needs, the automatic in-position cleaning nozzle can be set at multiple points, so that the CIP in-place cleaning can be reliably guaranteed.
