Google's new technology: sniffing cancer signals through blood robots

Google revealed to the Wall Street Journal that the company's Google X secret project research and development department is designing a new technology to sniff cancer and other diseases through blood "robots."

It sounds a lot like science fiction, but Google says the company will use a magnetic nanoparticle to test the pathology of human cells. The width of this nanoparticle is only about one thousandth of that of red blood cells.

In fact, there have been related rumors before. Google also hopes to monitor and calculate the number of particles with a wearable magnetic device, but the project will have to wait at least five years before it is available. One option is to inject nanoparticles into the body through oral pills, but Google has found that this approach may face significant regulatory barriers.

Google currently employs more than 100 employees with a background in astrophysics, chemistry, and electrical engineering to pursue this new project, but the company has not disclosed its investment plan. This project has the potential to encounter regulatory obstacles and may also raise privacy concerns, so Google must pass multiple layers of approval to finally release the product.

Compacted Vacuum Suction Unit

Compacted Vacuum Suction Unit

ETR has independently developed an integrated vacuum pump unit composed of a water-ring vacuum pump, a gas-water separator, a vacuum solenoid valve, pipe fittings and an electrical control system. It is a simple, safe and reliable device that continuously serves the wards all day long, without occupying the ward space. The negative pressure is sourced from the vacuum pump unit.
